Hello Everyone

Next week we will be starting a new practice schedule as we look to add youth wrestling back to the club as well as another opportunity to grow women's wrestling.

New schedule will begin February 15th and will look like the following:

Mondays:
Youth Dev. 5:15 - 6:45 PM
High School 7:00 - 8:30 PM

Tuesday:
IKWF Elite 5:15 - 6:45 PM
High School 7:00 - 8:30 PM

Wednesday:
Youth Dev. 5:15 - 6:45 PM
Women's freestyle 7:00 - 8:30 PM

Thursday:
IKWF Elite 5:15 - 6:45 PM
High School 7:00 - 8:30 PM

Prices are as follows:
Youth Dev. (less than 3 years experience - $100 per month)

IKWF Elite (more than 3 years of experience - $100 per month)

Women's Freestyle (Girls Only - $60 a month)

High School ($150 a month)
*Middle School wrestlers will be asked to join the IKWF practices but will also be allowed to attend high-school practices with the $150 membership.

Drop-Ins are welcome ($20 Per Practice)
